Re: Admiral Piett's survival

Sir,

I was doing some research on other Imperial personalities, namely Bevel Lemelisk, when a thought came to me. In Darksaber, Lemelisk frequently refers to the fact that The Emperor tortured him to death and then reanimated him using the Dark Side and his majesty's private clone tanks. Now, in correlation with what we learned in Dark Empire, that the Emperor indeed survived the destruction of the Second Death Star. Now, with that information, it stands to reason that the Emperor could do this mind movement with others. It also seems reasonable that he would save some of his best commanders in order to make sure the Empire would have good officers to lead it in the future. So perhaps he saved Piett at the moment the bridge was destroyed and put his sprit inot a clone body.

Now, this theory does take alot for granted, but the Theory seems sound with Lemelisk's history used as a backdrop.

I hope this theory seems solid and that some consideration will be put towards it.
